I am using a Sony HDR CX405 and it's awesome. I wanted to buy a new HDR in same price bracket and was surprised to see it listed on Sony and available on Amazon. It's an amazing device but now discontinued, walk into any Sony Dealer they do not have any spares the online support is clueless. My batteries are dead and I have no way to buy batteries the same would not be happening to a continued product. Dear Sony, please remove it from your site. I have been following up for last 6 months for batteries and there are non eon your site my pin code is 700156. Innocent people who will buy from Amazon will have the same fate. It was an amazing HDR and still is.

Very bad dealing

I purchased 3.6v battery for my camera. A weak ago I received but it is not compatible with my w810 cybershot camera. So I didn't open battery paket and contact with sender to replace it but he just said that he will talk with upper authorities but no reply yet.
