Received a faulty PS5, received a Brand New Replacement!!!

I paid for my PS5 on 7th February 2023 and waited till 23rd February to receive my PS5. The Authorised Sony Center near to my residence is Chandra Vision. Being a Sony fan, I have been a regular customer for more than a decade. Unfortunately the PS5 I received was unable to read disk and is faulty. I immediately took it the Sony Authorised Service Center (Clarity Services) and waited for a week to receive my replacement. But the replacement product I received was a old model version from 2021 and hence I refused to accept the replacement. After another two weeks I was provided with a Brand New PS5 (2023 model version). Thank you Sony for your continued support 👍🏼
