Pre-Booking Options
Customers may choose either of the following options:
a. Pre-Book & Pay – Customer places a pre-booking by completing payment for the selected product.
b. Request a Call – Customer submits contact details to receive information regarding product availability.
- Pre-Book & Pay (Full Payment)
Customers choosing this option are required to complete payment for the selected product at the time of booking. Payment confirmation does not guarantee immediate delivery. The respective Sony Center will contact the customer once the selected product becomes available for delivery in the customer’s city and PIN code. Delivery timelines are subject to stock availability and serviceability. - Request a Call
Customers selecting this option will be required to provide details including Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and PIN Code. Submission of details under “Request a Call” does not constitute an order, reservation, booking confirmation, or payment. Customer details will be shared with customer care representatives and/or authorised Sony representatives solely for the purpose of contacting the customer regarding product availability and purchase assistance. Customer care experts will contact customers based on availability of the selected product in the provided location. - Product Availability
Availability of products may vary by series, screen size, city, and PIN code. Product availability is subject to inventory allocation and operational feasibility. - Delivery & Fulfilment
Delivery will be undertaken only in serviceable locations and subject to stock availability at the time of fulfilment. - Indicative Timelines
