While registering use a valid e-mail id and mobile number so that we can use this information to serve you better. We will share status of order confirmation, delivery etc. on the credentials shared by you. Other benefits being a registered user are

However, you can still shop without registering at the website as a guest user. We will still need your phone number and email id to share the updates pertaining to your order.
You will be able to change your Mobile number, Address etc by going to “My Account”. E-mail address cannot be changed as the profile is unique to e-mail ID.
Placing an order is almost like any other website.
- - After selecting any product to purchase select on the “ADD to CART” button either from the listing page or from the Product detailed page.
- - You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout Page.
- -Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart button at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.
- - You will receive a message or email confirming your order that includes your order reference number.

Depending on your postal PIN code and the nearest Sony Center / Sony Exclusive, the delivery timelines will vary. It may take from 24 hours till 7 working days for deliveries. In case it takes more time we will keep you informed via messages / e-mails.

Orders can be cancelled before they are packaged for dispatch only. Post that the option won’t be available.
You can easily cancel your order online by going to your order section and press the cancel button. Once the order is packed for dispatch the cancel button will disappear.
Orders can be cancelled only if the ordered item has not been packed for dispatch. Please note in case you wish to cancel your order then applicable Payment Gateway charges will be applicable and we will refund you the amount minus the charges.
Once cancelled we will process the refund and the amount shall reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.
Shopatsc.com has tied up with Razorpay https://razorpay.com/ as Payment Gateway for all its payment. As such we accept payment via all Major Debit & Credit Cards, EMI, Net Banking, Wallet Payment and paper finance are other available options. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to the Payment Gateway, so you can be confident that your information will be kept safe and secure.
A transaction may be rejected at Payment Gateway level for reasons such as Incorrect payment details submitted or Transaction Limit exceeding. Mainly such failures are captured as per Responses received from your bank.
In case you feel you have been charged for a failed transaction please wait for 24-48 hours for an auto refund or contact your issuer bank.

Currently we do not accept any return of products once the product is dispatched.
Unfortunately, we are not running any exchange offer as of now.
As of now we do not provide any such service. Before delivering Sony Center/ Sony Exclusive partner will give you a call. You can align with them for the delivery timelines.
All ordered items are valuable items and we want to ensure that the item is delivered to the right person or to someone whom you have designated to receive the shipment.
Our Sony Center / Sony Exclusive partners will try their best to deliver the products within the timelines given earlier. In case if there is any delay it will be due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for the same and will try our best to keep you informed for any such delay.
We strongly urge all customers not to accept any delivery with visible damage to the box. In case the box is fine and there is a physical damage inside the box then the customer can contact Sony India's toll free number at 1800-103-7799 and register their complaint. Sony India will get the set checked through its authorised service centre and extend appropriate support.
