Worst Possible Experience

Sadly, the listings are wayward. The product sold isn’t compatible with my camera and now neither the company or the service centre is willing to help. It has been 20 days now and absolutely no revert on whether I am going to get a compatible unit or my refund back. Perhaps it is symptomatic of the way Sony as a company functions. Zero Customer Focus and abysmal customer service.
