Good product but slow delivery

I would given a five star if the delivery experience was better. The product is good and as per my expectation. However, since my delivery address was in Gurgaon and the stock wasn't available at the regional store, it took longer for me to receive the order. The order was reassigned to Mumbai's store but it took about 3 days for the reassignment to happen. The Mumbai store shipped the product immediately but the courier service did not have good tracking (Professional Courier India). I would suggest that you should change the courier partner to make the delivery experience better.
