Very useful and authentic product

The charging station is excellent and I received an authentic product. The only concern I had was that the delivery got delayed significantly due to an unrecognised local courier being used who made all the mess to avoid the delivery at my doorstep. It was a nightmare to follow up and have the parcel delivered after more than a week of delay. Sony Centers should use reliable couriers like Bluedart to avoid such bad experience to customers. I doubt if I will ever order from ShopatSC again given that their customer service wasn't very helpful during this period. I had to escalate at so many levels to get my parcel.
