At first I was having trouble connecting the ps portal to ps5 but after a few settings it’s working like magic. Also I had to go the Sony centre to pick it up since the delivery was taking a bit too long. Delivery could be faster but other than that it was great

I received a heavily damaged product with broken seal. The Sony Center which dispatched it - Shaan Mercadores - cheaped out on the shipping service and packaging by just wrapping the product in white paper like it is some paper mail and shipped it using India Post which caused the product to get heavily damaged. They are refusing replacement or refund. When I call Sony, they are saying we are not sure if we can deal with this. Emailed them and they are not helping there as well. Therefore, I will be going to the consumer court now.
