I had purchased a Bluetooth speaker from sony center store online (SRS XB 43) on 23 sep 2021 for rs 16990, they delivered on 31 sep 2021, speaker has good performance and quality sound, on 17 sep 2024 speaker was working properly suddenly it got switched off, after that speaker is not working.
When i visited the service center they checked the speaker and informed me it can't be repairable, pls put in the garbage waste or recycle. Not repairable
Maximum working period of sony is three years so pls don't buy any products from sony.
