FAQs for PlayStation 5 Pre-Order
How shall Pre-Order work?
Visit the collection that is going to be available for pre-order on 10th Mar'23 from 12 noon onwards. Add the products into the cart and checkout using digital payments. We accept payment via all Major Debit & Credit Cards, EMI, Net Banking, Wallet Payment are other available options. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to the Payment Gateway, so you can be confident that your information will be kept safe and secure.
When shall order be delivered?
We intend to deliver your allocated stocks around 16th Mar’23 and onwards – however please expect a delay in our delivery services which might get impacted due to regulations imposed by lockdown/ curfew in your locations. The product delivery shall depend on your location. You may check your order status by contacting your allocated Sony Center by following below steps:
- Login to your account
- Click on your order number
- Click on Sony Center assigned to you
- You may connect with Sony Center via phone call
Can I place an order online and pick-up from the allocated Sony Center?
Yes, you can place an order online and pick it from the store, once your order is ready. Orders shall be processed from 16th Mar'23 onwards. However please expect a delay in our delivery services which might get impacted due to regulations imposed by lockdown/ curfew in your locations.
Is there any limit on order placement?
Yes, one customer can buy only 1 console. However, you may buy multiple games and accessories depending on your requirement.
Is it compulsory to create an account for purchasing PlayStation 5 products?
Yes, it is mandatory to create an account on Shop at SC to be able to purchase the products. It is recommended that you create an account and be logged in, before Pre-order starts. This shall be helpful for checkout faster.
Can I place order if have bought PlayStation 5 in previous pre-order?
If you own one PlayStation 5, you may not be able to buy another PlayStation 5.
How much payment shall be deducted ?
Payments for all products that are added in your cart shall be deducted in full while you are making the online payment.
In case if you are looking for purchasing on low-cost EMI, kindly ensure you check your card’s eligibility with your respective bank.

In case if I change my mind and wish to cancel my order, how can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, only until it is confirmed. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel your order. Order can be cancelled by writing an email on “contactus(at)shopatsc(dot)com”. To ensure faster cancellation, please share your order number in the email.
Pease note in case you wish to cancel your order then applicable Payment Gateway charges will be applicable and we will refund you the amount minus the charges. Refund shall be processed into your account within 7-10 business days.
Do I need to check anything on my credit / debit card?
Yes, make sure you enter correct One Time Password while checking out on website.
Can my order be cancelled by ShopAtSC?
Yes, we reserve full right to cancel your order. In such case, we shall notify you if we have cancelled your order. Please note, Payment Gateway charges will be applicable and we will refund you the amount minus the charges.
Once cancelled we will process the refund and the amount shall reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.
Delivery address proof
Address in order should be same as delivery address proof.
