Delivery will depend on your postal PIN code and the nearest Sony Center or Sony Exclusive store. We strongly advise customers not to accept any delivery with visible damage to the box. If the box is undamaged but there is physical damage to the product inside, please contact Sony India's toll-free number at 1800-103-7799 to register your complaint.
