Received Sony Walkman NW-WS413/BM1E today. It was disappointing to see the packaging. Box was old, dirty and opened and closed quite a few times. Just by looking the box, I was sure that it was not a fresh new piece.
Upon opening the box, headphones looked used and damaged. No user manual provided. The bud on one earpiece was filthy and looked used. The other earpiece was not attached and was found somewhere else inside the box. The charger looked used and damaged. Please have a look at the images attached.
