I initially reached hitesh electronics aka Sony centre they do not have any experience how they handle customers what ever we ask they just say we need to pre order even then i have paid 5000/- advance but still they unable to deliver atleast the time frame and the availability of the product i need which is alpha c2/alpha6700 they asked me to wait for a week just to confirm if any of the product is available or not. I have waited for week but no luck after a week i reached the store and got my advance money back. Then i have placed the order online via shopatsc and got alpha 6700 delivered within 2 days from chennai. The store agents from chennai called me directly updated the time of dispatched and estimated delivery time and even they called me after delivery for confirmation. This is not the first time i have faced the issue with this hitesh electronics where i tried to buy PlayStation 5 but they played the same play so i purchased it from amazon. This a serious action over this store to specify.
Overall the product is working fine but missed diwali bonus due to delay with current city store agents incapability. Hope sony provides cable or charging adaptor for camera battery.
